We require a non refundable booking fee in order to schedule an appointment to see horses at our facilities. Please go to the book online tab to schedule an appointment and read more details.

Deposits are 100% non refundable regardless of reason.

Deposits are 10% of the purchase price of the horse. 

A deposit holds your horse for up to 5 days unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon. We will no longer accept deposits on pre vetted horses: first come first serve.

Commissions are 20% regardless of sale price.

Horses are located in Athens, Texas. We have large 12x24 stalls with a fully enclosed arena attached to the barn. Also on the facility is a large and lighted outdoor arena. Trails, mini obstacle course, sorting pens, etc.

We do not offer public boarding services at this time. Lessons to our buyers are available; please contact for additional information. We do not offer outside lessons.

We pride ourselves on matching horses to riders and the right home is our first priority. We hope to make clients of both buyers and sellers and not just a "sale".

We have many references available from previous sellers should you have any questions to ask.

We handle everything for you. From preparation and marketing your horse, to screening buyers to showing your horse to prospective buyers, to arranging pre-purchase exams. We present all offers to you to consider, while answering any questions the buyers may have. Our goal is to sell your horse in a timely manner, to the best home possible and get your funds quickly. Our average marketing time is less than 90 days (if you as a seller take our recommended price point to list your horse). All registered horses must have papers in hand and transfer ready to go.

We are one hour East of Dallas, Texas. The closest airport is DFW (Dallas Fort Worth) or Dallas Love Field. There are several local hotels and hookups for Living Quarter Trailers also available a short distance from our facility. We welcome and encourage vet checks at buyers expense, as horses are sold as is. We will assist all buyers with obtaining coggins, health certificates and request shipping quotes for you as well. Buyers are welcome to see and try any horses we have available as much as they'd like. You are welcome to bring your own tack or choose from ours. We do accept cash, checks (horse will be held until  checks clear), Venmo(friends and family), wire transfers (preferred) and will work with you on other forms of payment. We can also provide you with a QuickBooks invoice to pay with a card, but a 4% card fee does apply. We offer 3 days free board after the purchase of said horse and will pro rate daily fees ($25 per day) as needed until horse is picked up.

All horses must have a current coggins before leaving and a health certificate if traveling out of state. Please keep this in mind as a standard Coggins test takes 2-3 days to receive.
